Access Bars is a gentle hands-on modality that was introduced by Gary Douglas in the early 1990s. The Bars® are 32 points on the head that correlate to 32 different areas of your life and living.
The impact that running someone’s Bars or having your Bars run is beyond what we could possibly imagine on the body, the brain, the being and our lives! I personally always hear this for feedback ~ more clarity & awareness, so much more peace of mind, more space & less mind chatter, a whole lot of ease with less reaction to stressful situations!
The biggest umbrella of having your Bars run is that of receiving. Yup…it opens you up to receive more by deleting blocks, judgements, points of view, limitations that you have been functions from that no longer contribute to who you be now…from this lifetime and other lifetimes. If we have all these points of view and judgements about money for example then how can we possibly receive it with ease?
Whether you have a practice of any kind, or would enjoy offering it to your friends and loved ones, a Bars session is…well…you would have to check it out for yourself! Inconceivable how even young kids and teens are experiencing this, teachers and parents are both amazed… wow is all I can say!

I have been practicing running Bars on my kids (my 3 year old loves it!) and friend and really enjoy it. My friend was not very receptive at first and I am not a pushy person but for some reason I felt compelled to keep at her about it. Saturday she was really tired and I finally got her to lie down so I could do this for her. What a great experience. She was made a believer lol.
Before I left her house she walked up to me and gave me a huge hug and said sorry but I can’t stop myself I need to hug you. (we don’t hug) She had a nap and came over after to tell me what she experienced. She was amazed at how intune I was to her energy and a few times I would let out big sighs at the same time she had things come up for her.
She said when I was done she felt energized, happy, relaxed and when she went to sleep she did not have her normal aches and pains in her body. She also told me that she originally did not believe at all in what I was doing and was just letting me because I was so persistent and promised her I did not invoke any spirits or that it was any kind of spiritual work I was trying to do to her. This is such a delicious full body process. I wish they had called it something different than a Facelift as it is soooo much more than that, the facelift is just one of its many bonuses. Many of you know or have heard about Reiki healing energy, which is a beautiful potent energy. This Facelift includes 30 plus energies. What??
It is quite a dynamic full body healing process. Why? Isn’t it JUST a facelift? Nooooooot even!

What Is The Access Energetic Facelift?
The Access Energetic Facelift™ is a non invasive process that specifically targets the effects of aging, olding, gravity and stress. It is more like a ‘youthing’ process to me. Ask a friend to join you for this class so you can do regular exchanges on each other. Yes, I do this on myself every morning as I am putting on my face creams and body creams. So YES you can do this on yourself however receiving from someone else is so beautifully supportive and relaxing.
For those working in spas already offering facials, massage and the such…adding these energies WHILE you do what you do creates so much more or it can stand alone!

A medical doctor came in to her massage therapist with broken capillaries in her right eye. The massage therapist (who recently took the Facelift class) ran the Facelift on her and the broken capillaries were healed within days! (First pic is from 9.8.16 Second pic is from 9.13.16).

I recently met Kim at a training weekend in Nova Scotia. She was teaching the Access Bars on day one and Access Facelift on day two. Bars I had taken twice already, but it was my first for the Facelift class.
One of the first things I noticed about Kim was how grounded her energy was while still holding an air of lightness and possibility. She was warm and welcoming when I arrived and I felt instantly at ease and knew I right away I would enjoy the weekend. Kim is a smart cookie! She is very well spoken. Clear and concise in her explanations and she read the room very well.
